Most Sundays my friends and I hit the trails of Rothrock State Forest in central Pennsylvania. One of my favorite moments is along the rocky ridge of the Tussey Trail. The relentless forest canopy opens up to reveal the rolling ridges of Happy Valley and you can’t help but feel you could run forever.
